COVID-19 Resources

Friendship Church wants you to know all that is being done to protect our congregation and staff from exposure to COVID-19. We have our own Preparedness Plan, in addition to following Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. We trust the links below will answer any questions you have regarding our policies and procedures during this time.

• CDC Guidance - When to Quarantine
  The CDC guidance for when to quarantine and for how long. Includes a helpful calendar to determine quarantine time frames after exposure.
• COVID-19 Staff Health Policy
  This policy is a requirement for all staff of Friendship Church who are entering and occupying any part of either of the church’s campuses.
• Volunteer Health Certification Form
  This certification is a requirement for all visitors of Friendship Church who are entering and occupying any part of the Campus on weekdays.
• COVID-19 Preparedness Plan
  Our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is revised on an on-going basis and outlines the entire scope of what we are doing to keep our buildings sanitized and people safe.

  There are many resources currently available to assist people who have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
