The Worship Ministry at Friendship Church is a collective of people serving in a variety of ways, seen and unseen, all to the glory of God. Anything that we do, whether on or off the platform, is not for our own sake, but for the sake of our community so that all would be drawn closer to the rightful view of who God is, develop a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and allow His Holy Spirit to lead in our everyday lives.
Love, live and serve like Jesus…by leading in true, God-centered worship.
We are committed to playing and developing songs that are rooted in sound doctrine and that draw people into the rightful view of God.
1 Timothy 4:16; Titus 1:9; Titus 2:1
We are committed to worshiping Jesus in humbleness with our lives on and off platform.
Colossians 1:9-10; Philippians 2; Colossians 2:6-7; Romans 15:1-2
We will love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. In all that we do, we strive to love, live, and serve like Jesus so that our lives point to Him.

We are committed to excellence and authenticity. We will take ownership and hold ourselves and each other accountable to giving the Lord our best.

Throughout 2021, we spent 12 months learning 12 hymns.
Some hymns are from ancient times. Some are from the last 10-20 years. Some hymns have a neat history that we learned about. Some have old words we don’t really use today and we learned what they mean.
