Communications Director

Full-time, exempt position

Typical hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with occasional weekends/holidays

Location: Officed at Prior Lake Campus, some remote work possible

Starting salary range: $55,000 – 65,000 DOQ, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plus 401K matching contribution

The Communications Director provides strategic leadership and execution for all internal and external communications of Friendship Church. This role ensures clear, consistent, timely, and mission-aligned messaging across platforms, ministries, and campuses.
