Fall Retreat 2026

Our annual Youth Fall Retreat for students in grades 6–12!

We will spend five days together at Trout Lake Camps in Pine River, MN. This is a valuable opportunity for students to step away from daily distractions and set their focus on Jesus. Great speakers, worship band, group discussion, team-building games, and a ton of fun.

Our theme this year is Oasis.
This year… we are leaving behind the noise, the distractions, the burnout, and the endless searching.
And we are coming to the source of Living Water.
Because only Jesus can satisfy the thirsty soul.

Details
• Cost: Early Bird is $310 by Sunday, September 20, then $335 per student through Sunday, September 27.
• Scholarship Applications and First Time Guest Discount deadlines are Sunday, September 20 (same as Early Bird).
• Check-in begins at 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 14 at the Shakopee Campus. Parents must be present if their student has medications.
• We depart at 5:45pm SHARP . A bag lunch/dinner will be provided at the church before students leave.
• Pick-up is on Sunday at approximately 2:00pm at the Shakopee Campus. We will send out an ETA text message after our lunch stop.

Retreat Apparel
Every year we offer retreat apparel consistent with the theme. We have hoodies and t‑shirts available. You can order apparel HERE.

Financial Scholarships
If you have a need for financial assistance, fill out an application.
Applications must be submitted by September 20, 2025, to be considered for aid.

2026 First Time Guest Initiative
This year, God has provided a way for 60 first‑time guests to attend Fall Retreat for free, and the students who invited them to receive a half‑off scholarship.

PLEASE NOTE: If your student is planning on inviting a friend (whether the friend has committed to coming or not), please register your student at the discounted (half‑off) rate. We cannot issue refunds if you register at full price and then later invite a friend. The friend invited will still be able to come for free, but you will pay full price for your student.

Once registration has closed, if the friend they invited has not registered, you will be responsible to pay the remainder of the cost for your student’s retreat.
